Working together different Teams we define standars and processes to align people on key objectives. Our hunting territory is the whole CI/CD, we are basically inline in everyones pipeline ensuring we are in compliance with expected standards.

Making things possible at Support Team some my responsabilities includes :

This is a very new Support Service, working together IBM we are providing OpenShift advanced Support on their Cloud Pak service which enhances Cloud Services by adding lots of perks boosted by IA

Here the challenge was the migration from Odin Automation, a monolithic app running on physical DataCenters around the world, to CloudBlue a 5 B $ Marketplace which was designed as a micro-services Marketplace and deployed on Azure AKS

- We designed all the new platform in Cloud Providers like Azure, AWS and GCP
- Acted as Architects and Solution Architects aligning business and technical strategy
- Top Tier Technical Support

This was a project for the Cantabria Goverment I was honored to lead :

- Top Tier and maximun authority on Networking and Perimetral Security stuff
- Maintain Networking Infrastructure and design for new requirements and improvings
- Responsible for all communications with customer
- Monitor team´s workflow and make sure we were compliant with customer´s SLAs.

Along this period I was leading two teams: Networking and Perimetral Security team, and Housing Team :

- From Networking Team we were responsible for maintaining all networking infrastructure. This contract also included a hardware renewal which means we had to replace everything there. Sometimes it was just hardware renewal in the same vendor, but we also dealed with migrations in other vendors
- From Housing Team we were responsible for maintaining alive and up to date some systems didn´t fit with customer´s standars. This also includes bringing to our datacenter in managed services mode some services.
- Responsible for all communications with customer
- Monitor team´s workflow and make sure we were compliant with customer´s SLAs.

Providing 2nd Tier support to Cantabria Goverment

- Deployed from scratch monitoring solution by Zabbix
- I managed Internet services such as DNS (bind), email relays (postfix and sendmail), anti-spam solution (greylist + spam assasin + clamav + RBL checks)
